Bush League is seeking to raid in Cataclysm as a 10 man progression guild. The guild seeks to be medium-core (if such a term exists). Basically, we care about raid progression but don't want the drama that goes along with a hardcore guild.
Ideal candidates will be folks that want to take raiding seriously but also want to have fun and know that World of Warcraft is a game. Showing up prepared, putting in time to get geared up, knowing your class, and putting in your best effort during a riad are absolutely necessary. At the same time, members should have a positive attitude, take wipes in stride, and eskew drama at nearly all costs. WoW is a game, after all.
As you can tell, Bush League is small right now. Our preference would be to grow slowly and only take folks that fit in well with the group - even if that means picking up randoms for some raids.
